Distilled in Our 1890 Cognac Still

At the heart of our vodka lies an extraordinary piece of history. Our hand-beaten copper still was crafted in Cognac, France, in 1890. After more than a century refining fine spirits in the French countryside, it now calls Dartmoor home.

Its aged copper and distinctive shape create an exceptional purity and texture — delivering a remarkable smoothness and depth that modern industrial stills simply cannot replicate. This is vodka distilled slowly, carefully, and with reverence for time-honoured methods.

Foraged from the Moor

To achieve its uniquely elegant character, we turn to the landscape that surrounds us.

Each spring, we handpick wild gorse blossom from the rugged hills of Dartmoor. When gently distilled, these vibrant yellow flowers lend a subtle coconut sweetness on the nose and a silky, refined botanical finish on the palate — delicate, distinctive, and unmistakably Dartmoor.

Pure by Nature

We use only pure Dartmoor water, naturally filtered through ancient granite rock. Among the cleanest waters in the world, it ensures a crisp, clean taste from first sip to last — bright, smooth, and beautifully balanced.
